Opens your email app.

Include your game version, phone model, operating-system version and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords or card details.

Missing coins or a pending purchase

Sign into the game account used for the purchase, reconnect to the internet and use Check unfinished purchases in the coin-pack screen. A completed account purchase is saved with that account. Spent consumable coins are not restored as a new pack.

Restore automatic-ad removal

Sign into the game account used for the purchase and use Restore purchases in the Shop with the relevant store account. This restores verified automatic-ad removal, not extra coins. Optional 25-coin videos remain available, up to five requests per UTC day. A refund can remove this purchase benefit.

Saved progress

Device and account saves are separate. Profile lets you switch back to your preserved device save. Recover a connected account using its verified recovery email. An unconnected device save cannot be restored from our server after device loss.

Game controls

Use Jump or swipe up; jump again for a double jump. Use Duck or swipe down. Pause offers music, sound effects and gameplay pop-up settings. Reduce Motion is in Settings.
