Delete your account

Kitty 9 Lives is being prepared for release. Online accounts, purchases and advertising are not yet publicly available. The information below describes these features when they become available.

Request deletion of your connected Kitty 9 Lives account and its associated online game data.

From the game

  1. Open Profile and sign into the account you want to delete.
  2. Select Delete online account.
  3. Read the confirmation and confirm deletion.

Once accepted, the account is marked for deletion and cannot make further game changes. Background cleanup removes the account and its online records.

Without the app

You do not need to reinstall the game. Use Contact support below and ask to delete your Kitty 9 Lives account. If possible, send the request from its recovery email. We verify ownership before acting; a username alone does not prove ownership. Never send your password, verification link or payment-card details.

What is deleted

Cleanup removes the online sign-in account, online progress, coin balances, inventory, purchase benefits, scores, username reservation and associated leaderboard reports. Deleted progress cannot be recovered from the game server.

Timing

We aim to finish within 30 days after verifying your request. Cleanup runs in the background. If a service problem delays completion, we will explain the delay; contact support if you need a status update.

What remains

Minimal hashed account, purchase and reward identifiers are retained without automatic expiry to prevent fraudulent reuse. Ordinary operational logs are retained for 30 days and required Google Cloud audit logs for 400 days. Provider security records, backups and independent Apple or Google purchase records may remain under their applicable policies. See the privacy policy for support-message retention.

Your separate device save and local account-recovery copies are not erased by online deletion. Deleting an account does not request a store refund. Contact support for help with local copies or other data requests.
